Of course, with this kind of brush, some tangling is inevitable, but it's still working really well for me. You can't really scratch your scalp with your nails, but when you use your fingertips, you do get that washed feeling, though I wasn't totally sure if my scalp was completely clean. But honestly, the first time I used this, it felt amazing. It's super cooling while washing, and when you blow-dry with cold air after, it feels like the breeze goes right into your scalp pores. I thought I'd miss having a handle, but it actually fits perfectly in my hand and feels even better. If it had a handle, I think my hair might've gotten more tangled, so this design is great. No wonder Kiu made this product.
