It's not too runny, and the feel is similar to Etude's Curl Fix. But the difference is that it's super thin, so just the right amount goes on...!!! The color and feel are really great for the lower lashes. Very good!

This gloss is super pretty, up close! It's got light blue sparkles that makes it a joy to look at in my makeup bag. The silicone spatula makes application easy and smooth. I give it a good wipe after using it layer on another lippie. Upon application, there's a slight minty smell (yum) and a nice texture! Spreads super easily on the lips and keeps them plump!
