youngyiI have very flat hair, so even after blow-drying, my hair quickly falls flat, which is why I bought this. After using it a few times, I stopped because I didn’t see any effect at all. It doesn’t harden stiffly and still feels soft like before spraying, which is really nice, but it doesn’t hold the volume. No matter how much I spray, the volume drops. I had high hopes but it’s a bit disappointing. Since I have thin and weak hair, that might be why. People with thicker hair might see better results. The design is clean, and the scent isn’t strong or unpleasant, so it’s not bad to use. It’s just unfortunate that I didn’t see much functional effect. Still, I plan to use it occasionally!

I bought both the hard and soft versions to spray on my bangs and after comparing, I’m satisfied with the soft one. The hard one makes my hair stiff and greasy-looking, but the soft one looks natural^^ However, even with the soft spray, over time the curls loosen and the wind splits my bangs, but it’s still much better than not using anything. I’m happy with it haha. For short hair or long wavy hair, I think the hard spray is better^^

Since it's a soft fixer, the hold isn't strong. It's great to use when you want a natural hold! I mainly use it to fix my bangs or after using an air wrap.

This is my first time buying this kind of styling product, and I trusted Giyu and gave it a try. I bought it because my side bangs would quickly lose their style after drying, but I'm still a bit awkward and not sure if it worked well. The hold strength is less than two and a half stars, and it really feels that way. I originally wanted to buy the gray color, but since it was quickly sold out, I hurriedly bought this one. It's better than nothing, but my hair is bleached, very thin, and has little volume. It has no strength at all! Even with heat from a dryer, it only holds for about a minute before it quickly falls flat. So I can't live without a strong holding spray, but this one is too weak and doesn't suit me. The gray spray will be restocked in September, so I'll wait until then to switch. Until September, I'll try to get by using this soft fixer together. 🥲
