As the weather got hotter, I tried a shampoo for oily scalps, but after a few days, I started getting pimples and my scalp was so itchy. My hair even got stiff... AOU’s base is really seamless and does exactly what it claims—I’d recommend it. I also noticed it works as a concealer too: the dark areas under my eyes instantly looked brighter and natural! Just make sure to apply it evenly and avoid getting it wet right after, or it might come off. The photos below show me with and without it—my freckles are slightly covered, and my skin tone looks more even.

Since I've bleached my hair more than 5 times, I honestly didn't expect much, but instead of that artificial softness, it actually feels like my hair is stronger! It's a lightweight formula that sinks in easily, so if you have really frizzy, wavy hair like me, it might not be enough... I think it would work great for styling to enhance natural waves, but since my hair tends to get super poofy 😭, it's not quite perfect for me. Still, I didn't expect it to fix that in the first place, so I'm happy with ANAZE!
