You can't really scratch your scalp with your nails, but when you use your fingertips, you do get that washed feeling, though I wasn't totally sure if my scalp was completely clean.
But honestly, the first time I used this, it felt amazing.
It's super cooling while washing, and when you blow-dry with cold air after, it feels like the breeze goes right into your scalp pores.
I thought I'd miss having a handle, but it actually fits perfectly in my hand and feels even better.
If it had a handle, I think my hair might've gotten more tangled, so this design is great.
No wonder Kiu made this product.
