I've been bleaching my hair for years, and I have a bob cut. I bought this product out of curiosity since I wondered if In & Out would really be that good, and I ended up getting a great deal during a sale! The application method is simple: first, apply the ampoule and then brush it through with the included comb, followed by the lotion. I think I left it on for over 20 minutes. When I'm in a hurry, I only wash it out after 5 minutes, but it didn't have much effect then. The scent during rinsing is a bit unusual, but itโs not bothersome (Iโm quite sensitive to smells). After using it, my hair feels heavy and strong; it's definitely the best treatment I've tried so far. That day, my hair was calm, and it dried nicely. I always finish with the Mellow Cream while my hair is still wet, massaging it in, and it prevents frizz when drying. I highly recommend trying it!
