1. Doesn't hurt at all. 2. No tangling in my hair. Seriously so cooling and refreshing. You can't really scratch your scalp with your nails, but when you use your fingertips, you do get that washed feeling, though I wasn't totally sure if my scalp was completely clean. But honestly, the first time I used this, it felt amazing. It's super cooling while washing, and when you blow-dry with cold air after, it feels like the breeze goes right into your scalp pores. I thought I'd miss having a handle, but it actually fits perfectly in my hand and feels even better. If it had a handle, I think my hair might've gotten more tangled, so this design is great. No wonder Kiu made this product.

I kept seeing ANAZE all over Instagram so I bought it out of curiosity. But honestly, I don't end up using it that much. It's not that it doesn't work—the spray itself just makes me worry it might get on my face, and I feel like I have to wash my hair right after.
