The top is CC700S (white pencil), and the bottom is CC706 (black pencil). I was curious about both, and luckily there was a great mini set with both pencils plus a sharpener, so I bought it. I used the 700S to cover blemishes and the 706 under my eyes for the tear trough area. The application is smooth and doesn’t settle into fine lines, which I really liked.
