RETURNS & REFUNDS
For all returns, customers will be responsible for the delivery fee, unless the items are missing, damaged or incorrect.
All products received within 14 days of the original transaction date are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.
Items purchased must be returned via shipping carrier only.
Returns cannot be hand-delivered to our office or retail stores.
Only items purchased on hemeko.com will be accepted.
HEMEKO reserves the right to deny a return if the item is used, damaged or deemed as counterfeit.
Items not eligible for exchange or refund will be returned to sender at customer’s cost.
All products must be returned in new condition.
Items with damaged sealing may be sent back to the customer.
Gifts and samples included in the purchase must be returned in the same condition.
