I first saw the ad on Instagram and got curious. I usually get a down perm and a front perm once a month, so I'm really interested in hair treatments. I was skeptical about the Mellow Cream being a moisturizing cream because my hair condition is quite bad. People often ask me if I've bleached my hair because it's so damaged. My hair gets tangled from the moment I shampoo, and even with treatment, if I don't comb it properly while drying, it gets really knotted. I used to have to apply hair oil 4-5 times just to keep it from tangling too much, and other mists or products either made my hair greasy or didn't satisfy me. But with the Mellow Cream, just a small amount makes my hair feel as moisturized and soft as if I applied a skin moisturizer. The tangling has definitely decreased. I bought the Mellow Cream along with the Hard Fixer this time, and I'm extremely satisfied with both products. The scent is subtle and not overpowering, which I liked even more. I bought this just in case, and it's really moisturizing without being greasy. My hair feels so smooth all day! Great value for the price. It's cheaper than most products at Olive Young if you buy in bulk. After using it, my hair feels really soft. Those with less dry hair might find it a bit heavy. The name 'cleansing balm' itself made me really curious about this product, so I had high expectations from the start. My skin is extremely dry and super sensitive, so I wanted to see if it really worked for exfoliation and cleansing. I only used it twice a week for a week! The texture is not too runny or overly thick, and when I applied it to my skin and scrubbed, it immediately started to exfoliate, just like in the pictures, while cleansing at the same time. It was really amazing! I used to find it annoying to use a separate exfoliating scrub after cleansing, but I never thought I could do both with one product... haha. Recently, the scrub ingredient has been said to be very gentle, and it gently smooths out the skin. The last picture shows my skin after washing, just with a first mist applied, and it looks radiant and perfectly cleansed with exfoliation done. Once I finish this, I will definitely buy it again with my own money. It's a whole new world, and the product is gentle and just beyond words; it's the best!
