ju1207yeongAOU Matte Faus Balm has such beautiful pigmentation. Whenever a new color comes out, I immediately order it. It's a trusted Faus Balm. The order is Red Balm, Cozy Balm, Cotton Balm, and Coral Balm. I mix and apply them or use them as a base lip color, and they work great. I apply it with my fingers, and whatever gets on my hands I use as a blush, which has great pigmentation as well.

The color the makeup artist applied at the shop was so pretty that I asked about it, and they said it’s called Coral Balm! I bought it right after I got home. I’m shade 23, a deep autumn tone, and this color is perfect for warm tones who love that rich autumn vibe. As expected from a matte lip, it blurs softly when spread out. It looks great when used as a base lip and then layered with a point lip color, or applied thinly multiple times with a lip brush for a standalone look. AOU Matte Balm is surprisingly versatile...! AOU always delivers at least a solid performance, thumbs up 👍👍 I want to try other colors too. I’m also planning to buy the lip pencil from AOU to try together!!

Even though it's matte, it glides on so smoothly and feels very soft. Using a pencil makes it apply even more naturally, and the color matches the picture perfectly.

The texture looks matte at first, but when you touch it, it's surprisingly soft and smooth, which was a nice surprise. It applies softly without drying out, which I liked. This was my first time using a pot-type lip product like this, and it wasn't bad. However, I felt the amount was very small, and since the formula is quite soft, you end up using a lot each time, so the volume feels quite limited. If used daily, it would probably be finished in about two weeks. The amount is really small. I think the soft formula contributes to that. Also, the color payoff was lighter than I expected. The product itself was fine, but I still think the price is quite high.

I bought the Cold Balm and was very satisfied, so I wanted to purchase the Coral Balm too, but it was sold out ㅜㅜ I waited for the restock date and happened to visit the site, where I saw the Coral Balm available for pre-order, so I quickly bought it. It said shipping would start sequentially from the 12th, so I thought I'd have to wait a long time, but it arrived really fast. The color, Malmo Malmo, is so pretty—it's a perfect coral shade to use as a base lip color. I think it's beautiful even with just one swipe. We all know that hesitation only delays delivery!!

I was worried it might emphasize lip dryness because it's matte, but it didn’t highlight any flakes when applied. The color showed up beautifully, and since I have a cool undertone, I was worried, but it suited me really well. Some reviews said the price was a bit high, so I was concerned, but I think the texture and color justify the price. They also seem to have discounts occasionally. I'm collecting them one by one, but since they often sell out, I'm thinking about buying several at once to stock up. Still, there’s a joy in collecting them one by one. I think cool undertones will find this product good too. If you're worried about dryness, I found applying a lip balm like Fosse Balm first and then this on top works well instead of giving up on matte.

I've wanted the AOU Matte Posle Balm since it first launched, but back then glossy lips were all the rage, so I hesitated to buy it while following the trend. When the new shades came out and there was a sale, I decided to give it a try. I debated between the Cozy Balm and Coral Balm for about five days but couldn't test them, so I chose the Coral Balm, which I thought would suit spring warm tones better. When I actually applied it, the texture was really soft and I loved it! The Coral Balm pot color looked too dark at first, but on the lips, it comes out very light and looks perfect as a base color. My hesitation vanished, and now I really want to get the Cozy Balm too.
