I've been using the Mellow Cream for a while now, and I can't live without it! I always buy it in advance because I feel uneasy when I run out. I bought this to use as a color-correcting shampoo because I'm not a fan of the yellowish tint on my bleached hair. I felt like color-correcting shampoos can leave spots, so I chose this toning shampoo in silver. As mentioned in the description, it seems like it would last longer for those who have dyed their hair with ash tones. I was platinum blonde, and using this gave me an ash beige vibe, making my color lean more towards white. Maybe because I used it lightly, but if I apply more or leave it on longer, it might turn completely silver or gray. Here’s a little tip: when using a toning shampoo, mix it 1:1 with your regular shampoo to reduce the chances of spots!

I was a bit disappointed when I used another color-correcting shampoo from the same brand because it didn't really tone down the yellow. But this one? Wow, it visibly reduces the yellow and transforms my hair into a beautiful gray shade! I love it! There's no staining on my hands, and the scent is amazing! If you've bleached your hair and want to go gray but are worried about damage, I highly recommend this product! It's a shampoo, so no worries about hair damage, and if you want to refresh the gray later, you can just use it again. Just keep in mind that it might not work as well on less bleached areas or the roots, so pay a little extra attention there for an even application. I absolutely recommend it!!🤍🤍

I'm on my fourth bottle already and I've used up this much!! The best part is that it doesn't get my hands messy! Even when I had completely blonde hair, I felt like it did a great job of controlling the yellow tones, and now with my ash brown bleached hair, I use it every time those yellow tones come up! I think this is great for beginners because it’s easy to use without leaving any streaks! When I tried the color-depositing shampoo from Olive Young, it came out with a slight green tint, but this one worked really well without any streaks. The scent is much better than the previous color-depositing shampoo I used, and most importantly, the last one really damaged my hair to the point where I couldn’t even brush it. But with this one, my hair feels less damaged, which is great. Even though I’ve bleached my hair three times and there are still some slight streaks at the bottom, it’s not too weird, so I’m okay with it. I plan to try the Real Pink next!

I bought this after bleaching my hair twice and dyeing it silver gray for the first time in my life! It's been almost 3 weeks now, and the color is still holding up pretty well, just like it was on the first day. I used it about 3 to 4 times a week because I really dislike when the color fades. Since it's a color-depositing shampoo, I was worried about my hands getting stained, but thankfully that wasn't an issue :)
